1-1 Application for registration is made by customers.
1-2 Required documents list is sent to customers.
1-3 Required documents are provided and submitted by customers.
1-4 Having finished checking process, registration code will be allocated to new customers.
Registration Conditions
2-Steps of export sales by email address: Exportsales@tpco.ir
2-1 Customers submit request for weekly price quotation (export market specification included)
2-2 Weekly price of available products is sent to the customers.
2-3 Customers confirm the weekly price and send official request in order to get proforma invoice issued.
2-4 Proforma invoice is issued and sent to customers.
2-5 Customers send signed proforma invoice and payment swift by the deadline.
2-6 Sales department sends customers payment swift to financial department for confirmation
2-7 Following step 2-6, order letter is issued
2-8 Sales department sends customs address form to the buyer for delivery of product to destination mentioned in the proforma invoice.
2-9 The buyer fills in the customs address form and provides required documents.
2-10 Logistics office starts loading.
